Back squats: 64 and 69 kg, felt good.
Haze: 24:19 min. Rope climbs in the garage so started from seating on the floor and the first pulls legless. Rope is 3 meters. TTB all sets 10/5, running outdoor when it today was only 6C and windy (6 m/s).
