The Total Strength Program is designed specifically for anyone looking to get stronger, build lean muscle mass or are looking to break through strength plateaus.

3 days per week of programming that focuses on improving strength in the 3 main lifts: Squat, Bench and Deadlift. 1 OPTIONAL day of GPP training.

Back Squat
Progressive overload squatting program to build lower body strength.

Bench Press
Increase your pressing power with structured bench programming.

Deadlift
Build a strong posterior chain with deadlift progressions.
