About the Program
Invictus Affiliate Programming is offered on three different platforms: Wodify, SugarWOD, PushPress. Once purchased, your gym will receive programming from Invictus who, for over 16 years, has been a leader in exceptional fitness coaching and effective programming.
Now, affiliate owners worldwide can deliver the programming that has driven Invictus's enduring success to their own communities.

Performance
6 days/weekCrossFit style group coaching track. We've customized this into two versions: Rx+ and Rx
Fitness
6 days/weekFunctional fitness track with dumbbells and resistance training. Interchangeable with Performance.
Functional Strength
5 days/weekHypertrophy training mixed with functional strength. Perfect for getting toned.
Cardio
5 days/weekEndurance sessions covering a variety of aerobic modalities.
Hyrox
3 days/weekRunning, interval work, and conditioning for Hyrox excellence.
Running
3 days/weekImprove everything from 1-mile time trials to 10k race performance.

Meet Our Coaches

Kim McLaughlin
Since starting employment with Invictus in 2012, Kim has been integral to the day-to-day operations of the gym, always focusing primarily on the members and their experiences. Top notch coaching, education, a sense of community and some fun in fitness are her top priorities. Now, as a partner in the business, she can ensure these elements remain the focus well into the future.

Holden Rethwill
Head coach of Invictus Athlete programs. Runs Total Strength program and writes Performance and Fitness tracks. Multiple CrossFit Games appearances with Team Invictus.

Kirsten Ahrendt
Former competitive soccer and rugby player at Dartmouth College. Runs Invictus University Program. Writes programs for Functional Strength & Cardio sessions.

Nichole Kribs
Created and developed the Invictus Masters program in 2014. Bachelor's in Health Studies. 4 CrossFit Games appearances on Team Invictus.

Nuno Costa
Coaching since 2008. Represented Team Invictus at CrossFit Games for 8 years including the 2014 championship. Writes the running track for the Affiliate Program.

Aush Chatman
CrossFit veteran since 2005 and former owner of CrossFit San Diego. One of an exclusive few inaugural Gymnastic Bodies trainees under Coach Chris Sommer. Passionate about coaching the internal transformation that comes with consistent training.

Fritz Nugent
Fritz was a collegiate decathlete and has coached Track & Field, CrossFit, Strongman, and Rugby. He has a master's in sports conditioning and performance.

Drew Shempp
Andrew's childhood passion for swimming set him on a transformative life path, which later evolved into a deep engagement with CrossFit. With over a decade of experience and a degree in exercise science, he is eager to impart his knowledge and fervor for movement to others.

Sandi Oplinger
After nearly 38 years in law enforcement, retiring as a cold case homicide detective, I traded crime scenes for coaching on the floor at Invictus. I hold both my Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.

Virginia Camacho
Virginia is a certified run coach, marathoner, ultramarathoner, and co-founder of Santa Mujeres Running Club. Passionate about helping runners and gym-goers reach their full potential.
