Whether you're working on getting your first muscle up or 20 in a row – this program will take your training to the next level! Our 5-Day training format (10-20 min/day) will keep training sessions short and effective.

Very beginning level, advanced competitive athletes and everyone in between has a beneficial level to improve their CrossFit-style gymnastics skills!
What it does
Covering ALL common gymnastic skills in CrossFit, you will be taught through tutorials and worked through programming to increase your physical ability and knowledge.

WHAT YOU GET
10x training blocks per week, divided into 5 days (2 blocks per day) with tutorials and video demos. Access to Coach Travis for video review and advice.
FOCUS AREAS
Muscle-Ups
Master both bar and ring muscle-ups with progressive drills.

Handstands
Build strength and balance for handstand walks and holds.
Core Work
Strengthen your midline for all gymnastics movements.
Master Every Gymnastics Movement
Each skill is divided into three levels, so whether you're a beginner or competitor there's a level for you.
A barrage of demo videos and tutorials will give you insight on each movement to help you progress faster.
