What it does
A thoughtfully designed training program for Masters athletes looking to compete—or simply become more well-rounded. Programming follows the CrossFit competition season while remaining appropriate for those who choose not to compete.


WHAT YOU GET
Six days per week of programming that blends gymnastics, strength, conditioning, mobility, and accessory work—many sessions begin with focused mobility and activation. Includes coaching from our expert Masters Coaches and access to the Athlete Program. Additional accessory sessions available with a Masters+ subscription.
IN THE PROGRAM

Strength
Includes a heavy focus on getting stronger in the Olympic and Power lifts. A unique blend of strength training and accessory work.

Gymnastics
Dedicated skill work to master gymnastics movements with progressions tailored for masters athletes.

Engine
Build a bigger aerobic engine with structured conditioning designed specifically for masters competitors.

The Invictus Masters program offers a well thought out training program designed specifically for Masters athletes who are looking to compete at a higher level in the sport of CrossFit, or those who want to generally improve their athleticism to keep up with the young kids in their gym. The program places year round emphasis on mobility, strength and movements that we have seen directly benefit the Masters athlete.
