INVICTUS EVERYDAY FITNESS
The Invictus Everyday Fitness program gives you access to two programs: Performance and Fitness. These two programs can be interchangeable by the day depending on your needs and goals. Both allow you to get in a warm-up and a solid training session in 60 MINUTES OR LESS!

What it does
Get an effective, well-rounded training session and be in and out of the gym in 60 minutes or less.



WHAT YOU GET
Two program track options, called Performance and Fitness, are provided six days per week with both being a GPP program. Performance includes more technical skills, strength, and conditioning components to help you move better and perform with confidence. Fitness includes more full-body strength progressions by highlighting unilateral exercises, dumbbells, strict gymnastics, and aerobic capacity to improve overall fitness.
Performance and Fitness sessions are fully interchangeable, allowing you to mix and match them throughout the week—or even within the same day.

Accessible movements and moderate weights for those looking to improve overall general fitness.
The Perfect Balance
Performance and Fitness sessions are designed to work together, so you can easily mix and match them throughout the week. Both options follow the same daily training focus and workout style, with different movements to match your needs.
