What it does
Training sessions use running, rowing, cycling, and simple gym equipment, like kettlebells and sandbags, to improve your overall conditioning.
WHAT YOU GET
This conditioning program offers six days of training per week and can be used to supplement your existing program or can be followed on its own as a dedicated aerobic capacity plan. With multiple options available each day, you can easily select the training stimulus that fits your goals.
