Performance & Fitness

Be guided by your coach with instructions for either the Performance track or the Fitness track. Both run alongside each other in the same 60-minute class.

  • Performance track: strength training, higher-skilled gymnastics, and conditioning
  • Fitness track: full body strength with less complex (not easier) movements
  • Coach-guided — everyone gets a comprehensive, structured workout
  • Suitable for all fitness levels within the same session

Competition

Train like a competitor. This 90-minute class prepares athletes for the demands of the sport of fitness.

  • Olympic lifts, strength training, high-skill gymnastics, and conditioning
  • High volume and technical movements beyond the Performance/Fitness tracks
  • Ideal for those gearing up for competition or advancing advanced movement skills

Functional Strength

60 minutes of strength training without a conditioning component — dedicated entirely to building muscle, durability, and longevity.

  • Full body movements, strongman work, plyometrics, and accessory work
  • Improves balance, durability, and strength
  • No conditioning element — pure, progressive strength focus

Hybrid/Hyrox

A structured 60-minute mix of lifting, running, rowing, sleds, and high-intensity intervals — built for the modern multi-sport athlete.

  • Develops strength, speed, stamina, and total-body resilience
  • Ideal for Hyrox events or anyone training for hybrid athletic challenges

Cardio

Build your engine and stamina with continuous movement — no technical lifts, just focused aerobic work.

  • Short, intense intervals and longer, steady-state efforts
  • 60 minutes — improves aerobic capacity and overall conditioning
  • No barbell or complex lifting involved

Mind Muscle

Open up your ranges of motion beyond what traditional mobility work can provide.

Stronger for Life

Strength and cardio training designed for more advanced age athletes or those easing into group fitness.
