Two sets (w/ nasal breathing only) of:
Bird Dogs x 45-60 seconds
Kettlebell Sumo Deadlifts x 10-15 reps (light)
Row or Assault Bike x 45-60 seconds
Goblet Hold Thrusters x 10 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Then…

I carried on and did 10 rds in 16’28 after resetting the countdown. Last time was 8+12 and 17’29 for 10 rds so nice little 6 burpee gain!
Like to think that one day I’ll get the 10 rds in, after starting 18 months ago at 5+5.
