After this I did 7×4 l-sitet db press 4x45s handstand hold

17 rounds + 11 reps. + 10 extra KB swings – I accidentally did 15 for two rounds before I caught myself.
This was the perfect workout for today. I got fancy framing my casita yesterday and nailed my left index finger to the top plate. Super fun. Luckily it did not hit bone or tendon but I couldn’t get it out and my son had to climb up the backside of the ladder with the hammer and a block for leverage.

Got 9 full rounds and got to 10 squats before time ran out. Went solo. Subbed 5 reps of bench @ 205 instead of push-ups. Rest was as Rx’d
As Rx with wife using 53#/70# KBs: 18 rds + 9 squats
1:1 work rest. All I had access to was a 50lb dbell. 7 rounds Rx

Shew! It was a solid 88 degrees here in Eastern NC this morning but this was a fun workout in the backyard with my husband and dog running the 200 with us each time!
