250 Meter Row
10 Goblet Hold Alternating Lateral Lunges
10 Goblet Hold Good Mornings

A.
Four sets of:
Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 3011
Rest 30 seconds
Banded Glute Bridge x 20 reps
Rest 30 seconds
Top of Ring Dip Support Hold x 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

B.
Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
Single-Arm Kettlebell or Dumbbell Snatches*

*Every break of KB or DB snatch, perform a 100 Meter Run

Was able to put down 53 DB snatches at 50lb DB!
