General Warm-Up

400 Meter Jog as a Class

Followed by…

Grab a partner and perform the following for EACH partner…

5 Lateral Medball Tosses (right)
5 Lateral Medball Tosses (left)
10 Medball Chest Passes
15 Medball Wall Ball Shots

Then, take the next 3-5 minutes to grab the equipment needed for the workout.

Partner Conditioning

Performance RX+
In teams of 2, complete two rounds for time of:
Run 800 Meters (together)
50 Dumbbell Push Press (50/35 lbs)
Row 1000 Meters (split)
50 Dumbell Squat Cleans (50/35 lbs)
Bike 2000 Meters (split)
50 Dumbell Thrusters (50/35 lbs)

Partners can split the dumbbell reps however they’d like.

Performance RX
In teams of 2, complete two rounds for time of:
Run 800 Meters (together)
50 Dumbbell Push Press (35/20 lbs)
Row 1000 Meters (split)
50 Dumbell Squat Cleans (35/20 lbs)
Bike 2000 Meters (split)
50 Dumbell Thrusters (35/20 lbs)

Partners can split the dummbell reps however they’d like.
