Row 1000 Meters
6 Strict Toes to Bar
9 Strict Pull-Ups
12 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or L-Seated DB Presses

Done Rx’d…Rowing and hspu’s both felt good, but slow.
1. 7:32 w/1:50.2/500 on Row average for 1K
2. 7:43 w/ 1:53.6/500 on Row average for 1K
3. 8:50 w/ 1:55.4/500 on Row average for 1K
4. 9:54 w/ 1:59.5/500 on Row average for 1K

HSPUs were the longest pole would do 4-6 then pause and do 3-4 then
finish…last set was like 4+3+2+2+1 and took maybe 3ish minutes with resting.

Subbed 2k on Airdyne, 40# DB seated press. Had 5+ min left on each set. Gassed!!!
