Well, I got outvoted by my nephews who wanted to do a 12 week strength cycle. So for the next few months we are doing the Wendler 5/3/1 but will still do the B section in fitness for conditioning.
Not a bad thing but I just really got rolling with invictus. Back to performance as soon as I can. I do come from a long line of weaklings though so I guess I will see what I can do about that ha ha.
Split today’s workout with 3 people and that was just about right after the strength training.

My cardio is nothing spectacular but these beach wods are sure killers

We split the KBs and pullups into sets of 10. Thrusters at 20/15/15 each. Otherwise just kept moving. Feeling it now though. My wife has no quit, and keeps me moving.
