While this isn’t a dedicated training day, this could be the most important day of your upcoming training cycle if you use it WRITE DOWN your training goals. Written goals orient our action and help us maintain accountability to a process that will lead to a desired outcome. Please spend at least 45-60 minutes today to review and/or set your goals for at least the next 90 days. We believe this is so important that we created a FREE Goal Setting Manual.
