December 31, 2016 – Performance and Fitness

Teams of two must complete the following for time:
50 Burpee Buy In (this must be completed before anything else)
200 Kettlebell Swings
200 Box Jumps
2000 Meter Row

Tasks can be partitioned and completed in any order the team chooses, but only one partner may be working at a time.
You may need to exercise some strategy to ensure that you are not in need of an erg with nothing left to do if none are available. First team to the erg takes priority (but no throwing elbows).

First post. Been watching for a bit and doing the perf workouts for a couple months. My nephew introduced me to this thing called crossfit after an 18 year exercise hiatus and I quite like it. Posting should be good for accountability.

I burpeed and rowed about 70% reps/distance.
Amber was right. Transition was the key.

Thanks, our breakdown after the burpees was. Partner 1 did 20 kbs while partner 2 did 250m row. Kbs =5 rds while row = 4rds. So no wasted time in the transition 🙂 Completed set # and switched.
Then box jumps were 10 and 10.

Any workout with box jumps, kettlebell swings and burpees. I feel like I cannot make any quicker, so the transition is key for me 🙂

Only one partner was working at a time, so kaci did 20 kbs and then rested while I did 250m row, then she did her kbs and then rested while I rowed….
Some workouts you have to do all one exercise before moving on to the next, but since this one said to partition however, we did it this way to make the transition faster and to give the other teams the time to use the rower. 🙂

A. Walking lunges with DBs: 45, 50, 55, 60 and 45 sec side plank hold each side after
B. No outside running so:
