A little holiday treat, Invictus style. Perform the movements to the tune of “12 Days of Christmas”

1 – 100 Meter Run or 25 Double-Unders
2 – Power Cleans (135/95 lb.)
3 – Ring Dips
4 – Dumbbell Ground to Overhead (45/30 lb.)
5 – Burpees
6 – Toes to Bar
7 – Push-ups
8 – Box Jumps
9 – Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
10 – Pull-ups
11 – Front Squats (135/95 lb.)
12 – Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lb.)

Did this with my husband. Took forever! 39:36
Scaled the DB to OVH to 25# DB and the STOVH to 75#.
24″ box jumps
Ring dips were jumping ring dips.
DU. Did really well on DU and did most rounds unbroken.
He ran on the TM (we live in AK.)
Did everything RX except Dumbbells were 40 insread of 45#. He was aminute or two behind me.

24:?? I just remember I was under my goal of 25 😉

Did 1 lap in gym vs 100m (apx 75m)
Did some ring dips, some on matador, whatever was avaliable.
