6 – Toes to Bar
7 – Push-ups
8 – Box Jumps
9 – Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
10 – Pull-ups
11 – Front Squats (135/95 lb.)
12 – Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lb.)
Ouch – took a few days off to build a swingset and I’m feeling it now!

Scaled the DB to OVH to 25# DB and the STOVH to 75#.

Ring dips were jumping ring dips.
DU. Did really well on DU and did most rounds unbroken.
He ran on the TM (we live in AK.)
Did everything RX except Dumbbells were 40 insread of 45#. He was aminute or two behind me.
