400 Meter Run
30 Double-Unders
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
10 Toes to Bar

Please post times for each interval and then sum them for your overall time.

How does this work? Do you complete all 4 exercises and then rest for the rest of the 6 minutes? I feel like each round would almost take the entire 6 minutes lol.
