You will complete this workout in teams of two or three, with only one partner working at a time. One partner will blast through a full round before the next begins. Repeat until all teammates have completed seven rounds.

No partner so just pushed through it. GTO were a mix of thrusters and throwing the DBs up anyway possible. 2 x 35# DB

can’t get to the gym today, so doing something different. Got out a ladder and finally hung my climbing rope in the sugar maple. It’s about 20 feet up. 10 rounds: 1 rope climb, 10 box jumps (24″ tree stump) followed by 3 minutes of planking with 5-year-old work out partner 100 ft hand stand walking Didn’t time any of it on account of my son working out with me… He did running rope swings and pushups – and he did some planking with me too – super proud of him. Nice lake house mods.
I bring some weights….adjustable db’s and kb’s…wall ball…bands etc with me…but I get a lot of running in when at the lake…so it’s actually a nice change up. I also do HSPU up against a tree…yup I’m dedicated. ..without my crossfit I’m miserable!

Morning, Matt. If the Rx is single arm, they will specify. So today would be 2 dumbbells simultaneously. Ground to overhead means you can get it up there any way you want. However, since no weight amount was Rx’d, the weight you choose will help determine if you can snatch it or use some combination of clean and jerk/press. Enjoy!
