This workout is inspired by the “Vest Triplet” events that teens and masters athletes will be completing on Saturday of the 2017 CrossFit Games. You’ll have a better understanding of how impressive these athletes are after completing this workout and then watching them do the same while wearing a weight vest.

Good job to everyone trying this one today. It was tough.
Didn’t work out yesterday so started off with strict press. New PR at 165lb. Used the weight 20lb vest. Kettlebell was 25 kg. Honestly, that was plenty. Vest was a kind of cheap one so was flying all over the place with the Burpee box jump overs but still hustled through it. Run was more like a 500 M and half of it was uphill which sucked so bad. I went with my box class today, just wanted to have some fun with the rest of the people instead of working by myself. A) OT3M: decreasing ladder shoulder press In kgs: 35×10, 40×8, 45×6 52.5×4 B) AMRAP 6″: – 3 HSPU – 15 DU Rx was double these numbers but I scaled the reps. C is the hardest wod of all
Your C WOD probably causes more ER visits due to overexertion than crossfit (that and lawn mowing, at least in my experience). That’s a warrior way to finish a workout!

Round 1 to 3 unbroken 28 secs. Round 4 5, 5 in 32 seconds, Round 5 5, 4, 1 45 seconds.
B. 21:43 with 24kgs. I expected to be under 20 mins, however I’m happy.
