B. 2+8. I even scaled down the weight to 95 lbs for thrusters and still no luck hitting round 3.

A. Worked from 55, to 95. Did one rep at 95 and then tried the 2nd and dropped it on my lower back. (tricky, I know.) Failed another one so dropped to 90# and completed round 4.

A. From above knee: 65#-75-85-95(f last rep)-85. Definitely need to pull myself under faster still
B. 3 + 2 reps rx’d. Had to break up thrusters 3-3 rounds 2 and 3. Ripped my hand during bar muscle ups with gymnastics program yesterday and this is the only reason I was able to perform B today: https://invictusfitness.com/blog/how-to-tape-your-hands-2/ so thanks Invictus!

Ohhhhh nooooo! That is totally why I did 20″. I’ve had enough of that! If it was only like 6 reps then I would go to 24″…but I’ve learned the hard way. Hope u are ok!
