* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

I’m excited to start truly following this tomorrow! I don’t know if I’ll have access to a gym / equipment outside of my home boxes programming each day though…3 days a week are for sure, but the rest are up in the air!

My gym was closed so had to use apartment gym
A) 50# DB lunges
B) 50# DB x6 for bench. Was easy so I made it tempo [3010]
C) 50# DB for each arm. Hollow hold was rough. broke several times each set.
