10 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Pull ups (unbroken)
Handstand push-ups with sandbag underheard (3 inches thick?)

Still feeling good and glad to be back!

They are great! My daughter is 20mo and perfect in every way. Wife is doing great! And she’s 15 weeks prego with Baby #2!
