Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
5 Double Dumbbell Squat Jumps (50/35 lbs)*
5 Unweighted Max Effort Vertical Jumps
10/7 Calorie Assault Bike Sprint

B.
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Snatch Pull + Snatch Pull +Slow Pull Snatch @ 65-80%

Start at 65% & build up as the sets go on.

C.
Three rounds for time of:
10 Muscle-Ups
30 Double Dumbbell Deadlifts (50/35 lbs)
60 Single-Arm Dumbbell Push-Press (switch arm every 10 reps)

D.
Three sets of:
GHD Supine Plank x 30 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
Suitcase Carry x 100 Feet each side
Rest 60 seconds
Chinese Kettlebell Row x 8-12 reps @ 2221
Rest as needed

Didnt have my usual killin it day following pizza night.
A. 10×3 – 3rds, 10 cal took 19/20/18″s
B. Stayed at 65%, pinching in my right shoulder an hip in the bottom position
C. Jumping RMU practice turned in to ROMWOD to finish the morning.

There will be certain that things that seem more like longer provided warm ups on certain days. You may and probably should always make sure that you do a structured warm up based on your needs before getting into whatever is given on that day regardless of it is a lot or a little.

Each day will have some sort of primer like today’s Plyo work. As Hunter suggests you should have a warmup that caters to your particular needs but we will throw plenty of ideas your way!

On days like today when there arent snatch movements built in to he work up, is there a quick/effective barbell warmup i can use? I believe some of the time i lose is during a too extensive warmup.

A1: 28’’ what sort of depth should we aim for?
A2: used 25s (could have gone higher but wasn’t sure) each round about 40 sec
B: 95-120#
C: jumping 25 min (deceptively hard and I love push press but whew)
D: 2 x 15sec; 28 kg; 12 kg at that tempo (maybe tired from yesterday, thought I should have done heavier but it wasn’t happening)
