Snatch High Pull + Snatch + Overhead Squat x 1 rep @ 60% of 1-RM Snatch

Immediately followed by…

B. 120… 125 2×2, 135, 145, 150, 155, 160, 165 ? 97%!
C. 9 G2OH, 11 burpees, 5:30 …. maybe I should have pushed harder on the 45 seconds of burpees ?

A) yesterday’s metcon 33:41 this has the rest in it(echo bike/ unbroken on all movements except final Thrusters 26-4. Hands slipping)

B) yesterday’s lifting ended at 320 for complex
