Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

Good Day I signed up at this introductory offer, but am happy to pay that bit extra if i can get to the program that is right for me. Hey Scott, all of our programs are “goal-based” – meaning that we try to align the programs to the various needs of athletes in our gyms and online communities. The Competition program is for those looking to compete on some level in the sport of fitness. Could just be a local competition for fun, but the program will prepare athletes for the most commonly tested movements – including gymnastics elements and weightlifting.
