* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

Nutrition Preparation

I did Saturday’s workout today. I took Friday and Saturday as rest days.

b. Filthy Fifty- 24:03. It was my first time doing this WOD so I have nothing to compare it too.

Was supposed to be a rest day. Couldn’t resist and did Filthy Fifty again. Could be worse sins. At least shaved nearly 1:45 min (24:58).
