Ideally this is a one and done so go into it with that mindset. Be nice and smooth on the pull-ups and efficient with the handstand push-ups. Remember, don’t go to failure on the handstand push-ups. Come off the wall before you start to grind the rep out. Do not add any additional work to the Qualifier workout.

Have been doing the Team Series w/ a friend in the Mixed Pair 50-54 age division. So far we’ve done: WOD #2 – 343 reps – no surprise there – C2B pull-ups are not my forte and weren’t exactly my partner’s strength either, so that’s where we got stuck, 17 reps shy of finishing the C2Bs. WOD #3 – 131 reps. Although we got a pretty good tie break time (7:22), I then spent the remainder of the 12 minutes trying to clean 135#, which didn’t happen (it would have been a #10 PR…) Will just continue to work on… Read more »

I love this kind of exercise but I must learn DU. At the moment I can do only combination single-DU. So every second is DU which mean a lot of jumps 🙂 But I did it.

WZA Q4 9:47 then 177lbs. Should have tried heavier, but didn’t want to push shoulder. 193 was best in training for a while, so didn’t want to go near that under intensity.
Also did 3 team series WODs with a female partner for our box. They were fun. Especially the wall ball and clean ladder.
