A. Done–supinated grip was hard on wrist today no idea why 3-4 for strict. Butterfly ctb ok today 6 for all. Handstand walk not great, could not get moving forward. Push ups done–4″ deficit
B. Partner wod for 30 min–every 2 min 5 TTB/5 burpee, then keep chipping away at 100 wb/60 power snatch/100cals rower/60db shoulder to overhead/60 power cleans. Breathing better but definitely not 100%

I’m struggling with my left shoulder. I can do pull ups but I can’t do push ups and shoulders press.

I keep thinking my hand has healed and reopening it : / I skipped the bar work & the wod today. I did the handstand work & the push ups with the deficit. I thought I’d work on wallballs, but every time I caught the ball it would pull that tear on my palm so I just called it a day!

Struggled today, many workouts I find hard but did my best. It was the hardest day of the week for me. A. Done. Did not meet the standards in every rep but I did it all. Used a light band in strict c2b and lowered the deficit pushups to 5″ and 7″. B. 24:53 rx My body was tired so it took me forever to push start on the clock
