Start at 50% and build to today’s max. If you miss the same lift twice move onto the next portion.

Goal is to have 30 seconds of squats. Use a heavier Sandbag or D-Ball if possible, and if you do not have access to these perform front-racked double kettlebell squats (24-32/16-24 kg)

Huge improvement! But I knew I would do better because last time my box was outdoors and the bar indoors, and now it was all close together, but thus time I managed to do the C2B unbroken until the final round where my hands started to hurt, so I’m still really happy with the improvement

Yes for sure. Its a big french comp, in the Alps, near Switzerland. Battle of the elements.
Pts. Plyo done. A. Build up to 110kg B. Snatch press from receiving and tall snatch C. Power snatch build to 77.5kg pr (+2.5kg) just above parallel. D. Messed up the wod! Only did chest to bar and burpees. Completely missed the box jump overs. Set 1: 8 ctb in the round of 18 Set 2: 9 ring rows in the round of 18. After 12 ctb switched to ring rows to protect my hands. Set 3: 29 reps in the round of 15 all ring rows. Kinda bummed out i didnt get to compare scores on this one. But… Read more »

Warm up done. Love the jumps. One and 1/4 FS: 250lbs (1RM Clean) Power Snatch: 165lbs which is 3lbs under my 1RM. Pulled 170lbs but wasn’t there. SAO with KBs and Sumo DLs done. That was more challenging than I thought. Conditioning: 4+41 (15 C2Bs + 15 Burpees + 11 Box Jump Overs 4+26 (15 C2Bs + 11 Burpees) 4+17 (15 C2Bs + 2 Burpees) UB C2Bs. No breaks on burpees.
