Scaled the weight to 85lbs and that was perfect. Took us 40 minutes. Elbow did great even with all of the rope climbs

C. 150cals. Last minute legs fell apart and I was barely pedalling! Didn’t get to the gym today, so biking in the basement instead. RPM 58/62/64
