I used 75# for the snatches and pp. Everything else rx. 23:15. I really had to concentrate on keeping my body solid in the last 10 snatches. Woah…shoulders seriously sore to the touch!

Made up yesterday’s squats and push presses due to an unplanned rest day.

Didn’t look at times before the workout and pre-planned all breaks, and then tried to stick with the same breaks on the way down. Went well expect for squat snatches (6/4 then 4/3/3). Shoulders are smoked!
Did active recovery today and caught up on some accessory work. Will do today’s programming tomorrow

2nd round of HSS was tough!
I almost quit! First round I could have done all 10 UB, but decided to be sensible and did 6/4. Final round was just terrible. Very frustrating.
