Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.
Yesterday’s program: A1 – done A2 – done, but was able to do this UB only for the first round, after that, I could do the 5 wide grip pull-ups UB, then had to break up the pronated pull-ups into sets of 2 (I did 6 of those each round). B1 – built to a 185# DL B2 – E2MOM14 Speed DLs @ 155# C – done w/ PP weights for 50-54 (95# / 75# / 65#) 1st round: 9:10 – had to break PPs 6-4, did KBS UB 2nd round: 8:52 – broke PPs 10-5-5 and KBS 20-10-10 3rd… Read more »
