Front Squat + Jerk @ 85-90% of 1-RM C&J

Against a 3:00 clock, complete for max reps

Did 20 cal row could not do pull up because of shoulder so did box step overs 6 reps 20lb db and 3 ground to overhead. 4 sets 4:00 minutes
