30 seconds of Assault Bike @ 80-85%
Banded Good Morning x 15-20 reps
Rest 60 seconds
30 seconds of Assault Bike @ 80-85%
Rocking Box Bridges x 6-8 reps
(slow and controlled)
Rest 60 seconds
30 seconds of Assault Bike @ 80-85%
Goblet Squat x 15 reps (Light)

Deadbug with Med Ball x 20 reps
Rest 30 seconds
Copenhagen Hip Adduction x 15 reps
Rest as needed

B.
Two rounds for time:
1600 Meter Run or 100/70 Calorie Row or Assault Bike
100 Air Squats
50 Burpees
25 Strict Pull-Ups

C.
Three sets of:
Pallof Press x 10 reps @ 2020
Rest 30-45 seconds
Side Plank x 45 seconds each side
Rest 30-45 seconds
Ab-Wheel Rollouts x 6 reps
(slow and controlled…the slower, the better)

B. 31:16 with Assult Bike . Strict Pull ups were a little kippy towards the end but I tried to maintain the “strict” as much as possible
C. Replaced this with some OH stability accessory work bc that’s what I need

Went straight from the gym to an exam center to take a certification exam That I have been studying for for a couple months and I freaking passed ??? Huge weight off my chest!!!! im so excited to go back to enjoying life lol

Hello!!

My gym is hosting a Strongman competition this weekend so I did everything at the apartment gym with some adjustments.
Warm up, mobility and activation done (treadmill instead of AB, bridges on the floor and DB for Squats)
A) Done with slam ball
B) 39:47 with Run (treadmill, felt weird and boring ?) and 20 Strict PU. I just wanted to move today. My back is super sore and I’m tired after this busy moving week.
C) Done

Loved this one today!!
