My gym is hosting a Strongman competition this weekend so I did everything at the apartment gym with some adjustments.
Warm up, mobility and activation done (treadmill instead of AB, bridges on the floor and DB for Squats)
A) Done with slam ball
B) 39:47 with Run (treadmill, felt weird and boring ?) and 20 Strict PU. I just wanted to move today. My back is super sore and I’m tired after this busy moving week.
