F/squat and jerk from yesterday: 120×3, 125×3
Conditioning today: only 12 CTBar—hands a bit rough. 4:10/4:40 MU slower 2nd round, singles and more break time. Triceps a bit sore from 20.2
Then ez partner 20 min wod of 25 cal ski, 25 box jumps, 25 wallballs, 25 sit-ups. Goal just move, not breath too hard
