Banded Triceps Stretch x 60 seconds per side
10 reps each of:

CrossOver Symmetry Reverse Flys
CrossOver Symmetry Pull Downs

Squat Rock x 60 seconds
Circulatory Work
Two sets of:
25/18 Calorie Assault Bike
10 Down Ups (Burpee no jump)

Breathe exclusively through your nose throughout this entire portion. If you find that your mouth drops open, you’re going too hard. Slow your pace and resume breathing only through your nose.

Perform movements and transitions at “game speed,” ensuring that you can “feel” the pace of the event. Then be ready to replicate it when you hear “3,2,1,GO!”

14+11………no chance to redo, def started out too fast for me. Should have tried for 75 second rounds

20.2) finished 10 rounds in 12:21 then quit… was doing solo, got bored, didn’t feel like pushing. But I left the clock running and @ 15:00 felt bad for quitting and did 4+10 more. So final score 14 rds + 10 reps (486 reps). TTB felt good – usually a weakness for me.
612 reps (18 rounds). Early morning session before breakfast so I’m satisfied with my score. Wanted 20 rounds but lost it in round 2 or 3. Perhaps took a too long pause (10 min) before I started.
All Thrusters UB
All TTB UB (except for 1 where I for some reason jumped down after 5…). Used these as recovery.
Tripped 3 time in DU. Felt good!

Oh yeah – you are looking to be pretty consistent with your rounds so pacing it a bit more from the start will be advantageous!
A day behind
Snatch felt weird for some reason today. Stuck with 45 lbs with a lot of slow pull reps
Lung openers ?first set did thrusters next thread did push press 7:26, 6:57, 7:32, 7:54. That was one I was dreading but completed anyway
