30 Second Scapular Circles from Push-Up Position
30 Second Side Plank (right)
30 Second Supinated-Grip Hang from Pull-Up Bar
Rest 30 seconds
6 Kettlebell Windmills (each side)
8 Single Leg Hip Thrusts (each leg)
10 Alternating Cossack Squats
Rest as needed

B.
Three sets of:
Front-Racked Barbell Bulgarian Split Squats x 6 reps @ 30X1
Rest 45 seconds after each leg
Glute-Ham Raises x 10-12 reps @ 2011
Rest 90 seconds

C.
Three sets of:
Landmine Rows x 6 reps each @ 2111
Rest as needed
100-Foot Suitcase Carry (Left)
100-Foot Suitcase Carry (Right)
Rest as needed

D.
Against a 2:30-minute running clock…
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
20/15 Calorie Bike Erg or Row
Max Calorie Assault Bike or Ski-Erg in remaining time
Rest 90 seconds and repeat for a total of FIVE sets.

E.
Three sets of:
Med Ball Side Toss to Right x 10 reps
Pallof Press Right Side x 10 reps (band tension to left)
Rest 60 seconds
Med Ball Side Toss to Left x 10 reps
Pallof Press x 10 reps (band tension to right)
Rest 60 seconds

*Working side is the side you are throwing the ball towards.

B. 65/85/105 lbs; 12 reps each round on the glute ham raises
C. Done. Added: 30/20/20 lbs to a 35 lb barbell for the landmine rows and used a 53 lb KB
D. Did RX and cals I got: 4.2/4.7/43.8/4/3.6
*** the AB was hard but I really enjoyed this piece!

Soooo good news for the knee! Dr wanted me to have x rays to rule out Tibial plateau stress fracture, bc that’s the spot where it was. Likely a ligament thing/tear and I’m going to PT Monday. I’ll be back into some modified workouts tomorrow for sure!
Maybe I can do 20.2 ??‍♀️?

It’s better but still bad. Had dry needling on my brachioradialis and manipulation on my entire arm again (Left arm is kind of dead now…). Have you ever considered resting it fully. Its a good place to start to see if that helps 🙂

Yes, I will… It feels worse when I wake up and gets better after the mobility work and the training session (except Snatch days, body don’t like them). Glad it’s not a tendinitis or something like that, she said that I don’t need more sessions, only the rehab work. ?? She also said to avoid Ring MU and use band for Ring dips but it won’t be a problem ??.

E. Done. Used a 14# WB for Med Ball Toss

Kept it super light today. Body was fatigued so I just worked to get it up and moving. Today’s my long day.
