Split Jerk
Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes, complete:
*Set 1 ā€“ 3 reps @ 65%
*Set 2 ā€“ 2 reps @ 70%
*Set 3 ā€“ 2 reps @ 75%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 80%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 85%
*Set 6-8 – 1 rep @ 90%

Take 10 minutes to build to a heavy single on your back squat and then . . .

Four sets of:
Pause Back Squat x 3 reps @ 3211
Rest 2-3 minutes

C.

Four sets of:
Run x 300 Meters
Thrusters x 12 reps
Rest 90 seconds

40-49: 135/95 lbs
50-59: 115/75 lbs
60+: 95/65 lbs

C – 1:46/1:46/2:05/2:15. First two rounds went fine. Then the legs decided they had enough. Then the shoulders followed suit.

B. up to 305 then backed off to 245 for pause
Felt good after so went for back squat PR. Hit PR at 340 lbs.
Had to teach class so no C today.
