Unbroken MUs but failed the very last. Never sure if I should try to scale these kinds of workouts to go unbroken ish or take a lower heart rate workout and try and get more MUs in ….?
Goal for this one would be to complete the muscleups in a maximum of 2-3 sets. You don’t want your heart rate to come down to much with the goal of constant movement.
