Three sets of:
Banded Good Morning x 15-20 reps
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Assault Bike @ 75-80%
Rest 60 seconds
Rocking Box Bridges x 6-8 reps (slow and controlled)
Rest 60 seconds

A.
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Hang Clean x 1 rep

*Sets 1-3 – 50% of 1-RM Clean
*Sets 4-6 – 60%
*Sets 7-9 – 70%
*Sets 10-12 – 75-80%
*Sets 13-15 – 80-85%

B.
Four sets of:
Tempo Back Squat x 5-6 reps @ 42X1
Rest 3 minutes

Please note the tempo prescription – this is a slow, 4-second descent followed by a 2-second pause at the bottom. The athlete should then attempt to move the barbell quickly back to the starting position, pause for a full breath and brace at the top, and repeat for 5-6 reps. Start around 65-70% and use today to build to figure out what you are capable of for this rep scheme.

Minute 2 – 15 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
Minute 3 – 30 Double Unders + 3-5 Muscle-Ups

Minute 5 – Rest

Three sets of:
Pallof Press x 10 reps @ 2020
Rest 30-45 seconds
Side Plank x 45 seconds each side
Rest 30-45 seconds
Ab-Wheel Rollouts x 6 reps
(slow and controlled…the slower, the better)
Rest as needed

Hotel gym, doing what I can.
B. Did Rx @126Kg(66%) x 6 reps for 8 sets; that’s all the weight the hotel gym had so I did a few more sets.

Open 20.1 – 13:53. Did UB PC and PJ. My forearms are on ??. Probably not my best effort but I’ll take it seeing I just travelled 36hrs straight and I’m in the hotel gym.

C. Done. Subd 8-10 strict C2B for MU and row for bike because of equip limitations.

A) 105/125/140/160/170 felt pretty good today! Worked intentionally on my foot placement
B) stayed at 175 and worked on being solid and stable. 0 weird movement in my legs today ? sometimes I get lazy here
C) done! Rx

Warm Up Done A) 135 up to 215 B) One of the sanctional-level athletes in our gym wanted someone to join for his conditioning piece, so I joined him. 10-8-6-4-2 Bar Muscle Ups Front Squats (225 – I scaled to 185) 1000-800-600-400-200m runs after each round 17:27 C) Part D Done 20.1 redo Monday. A 155/185/225/255/265 3 sets each weight
B 265/275/275/275 that was a good weight any heavier I think form would have broke down
C this was rough I need to find some mental push to get through some of these last rounds.

Thrusters 15/15/12/15/15 the 12 I was interrupted by someone but those last few rounds were a struggle
MU 4/3/3/2/3 round 4 was tripping all over the place on du only 20 du on that minute
AB 15/15/12/12/12 this is where I fell off

Dude hat off, taking care of two kids, all of the coaching, writing the programs, you train only 1 hour per day and still only 20 seconds behind Froning’s time, that’s awesome ! 🙂
