A. Complete. Those were good ones
B. 85, 105, 125, 145, 150, 155, 155 (about 88%), 115#s(65%)
65% felt about right for 10 reps
C. 6 min: 3 rounds + 3 PP
4 min: 2 rounds + 10 PP, 3 T2Bs

Push press w/135 was a challenge, but the Toes to bar went away quick (during the second round of each AMRAP). They used to be a strength, but not so much lately.

Thought I posted earlier, seems to have disappeared… A: Whoa. New Goat. Used #5 on Shoulder Flex, felt ok by 3rd set. Oooofaa. B: Strict Press (last 1RM test was #113): 60x 5/ 80×5/ 90×5 / 95×3 / 100×3 / 105×2 / 100 x 3 / 70 x 10 (all felt smooth, easy, focused on ribs down / elbows up and back) C: 3 RDS RX (#95) / 3 RDS RX (75#) – Broke T2B into sets of 5, then 3’s and 2’s – def my limiter. I seriously dislike (and find serious discomfort) with any OH movements, but load-wise… Read more »

I had the suprasprinatus (sp?) and subscap repaired. Recovery has taken a little longer than I thought it would, but glad I did it. The doc said a few things that were spot on…a. Don’t Rush the recovery, b. Listen to your body c. The first six months will be recovery and mobility, the second six months will be where you get strong. It’s been pretty accurate.

I have supraspinatus as well. Was it hard to workout during the first 6 months?

The first month you are in a sling and are doing passive movement as PT..means they move your arm for you. Then you transition to active range of motion where you are allowed to try to move your arm on your own with the aid of pulleys. Third month is some basic strength training. They will not want you to ride a bike or run but you can walk and do airdyne. It was tough to find something to do that felt like working out. I lost all cardio. But looking back at it, I’d do it again.

Thanks for the info. Really hate losing everything I worked hard to get but I know I need it to get better.
