Wow, this is my 2nd wod since joining the Masters program earlier in the week.
I had mistakenly thought that the volume may be a little lower to allow for the older athlete, being over 50!! ?
At the minute,I am struggling to get all the work complete in 90 minutes!!
Time to get to work and enjoy the journey but that said – I am enjoying it so far! ?
So glad you are enjoying it Mike! Please adjust the volume so it best suits your needs and optimizes your recovery 🙂
Thanks Nichole, I will adjust accordingly and will have a better idea of the volume and what recovery is needed, over the next couple of weeks!!
Just a question about using Sugarwod, is it possible to swap onto it, now I have sorted the IT issues, which as you know – that initially stopped me going onto it!?
Look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Oh absolutely! I can help you with that! Send me an email (nichole@invictusathlete.com) and I will get you all set up to transfer to SugarWOD!
