Clean & Jerk Progressions
Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (9 sets):
Hang Clean + Jerk x 1 rep

*Sets 1-3 @ 75% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
*Sets 4-6 @ 80% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
*Sets 7-9 @ 85% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

Aerobic Flush

20 Calorie Row
10 Calorie Assault Bike

Pressing Accessory Work
Three sets of:
Landmine Press x 8-10 per per arm
Rest 15 seconds
30 Second Med Ball Throws x Max Reps (right side)

Posterior Chain Accessory Work
Three sets of:
Banded Lat Pull Downs x 6-8 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Single Leg KB Romanian Deadlifts x 8-10 reps @ 31X1

Wow, this is my 2nd wod since joining the Masters program earlier in the week.
I had mistakenly thought that the volume may be a little lower to allow for the older athlete, being over 50!! ?
At the minute,I am struggling to get all the work complete in 90 minutes!!
Time to get to work and enjoy the journey but that said – I am enjoying it so far! ?

Thanks Nichole, I will adjust accordingly and will have a better idea of the volume and what recovery is needed, over the next couple of weeks!!
Just a question about using Sugarwod, is it possible to swap onto it, now I have sorted the IT issues, which as you know – that initially stopped me going onto it!?
