A. Snatch work – 95/100/105/110/115 stopped here
B. Subbed C2B’s for MU’s – Came of the rower a little over 4:00 each time. Had about 50s to work on C2B’s each time. Had about 1 min. for doing pull-ups. Was contemplating using the assault bike because it was below zero for the run portion. San Diego or Hawaii are looking pretty enticing right now.

Hand Stand Walk not for time. I haven’t done these for awhile, balance was surprisingly good but the walking was a bit uncoordinated. A couple times in the middle of a walk I would stop and hold the hand stand then start walking again. The longest set was only about 25 feet.
Did Fridays and Saturdays this morning. Spent yesterday watching my sons football team win our 5A state championship yesterday. Congrats to him I’m excited for him. Proud dad, here’s the numbers for Friday and today. Friday A. Jerks up to 260 missed last set at 270. B.
