So I did a few more then 10 sets ? C: 135, 145, 155, 165, 185, 205, 215, 225. First time I have hit 225 in a long time! D: My rope is at my work. So no Dubs for me. That’s what I told myself, that way it’s a win. Body just doesn’t feel great these days. Definitely feel like I plateaued and have dropped off. I guess I just need to gut it out and work through it.
