Hit a local comp Saturday with my training partner. Managed to get atop the podium! Not the best competition level ever but we dominated every workout aside from one workout so happy with it!!

Hello 🙂 I’m back. Thought I would take the week off because otherwise Vernon would have been too tempted and I needed to get him out of the gym! I’ve been doing mostly swimming, class WODs, and globo gym accessory this week.
A. 125–> 160lbs

B. Based numbers off of 90% because I have off and on missed some of the squat days during the Open. 195 —> 230lbs.
C. Finished in 30:35 but dropped down to 5 muscle-ups and did 150-100-50ft HSW.
D. Done ✅
