Hey CJ…. Joe Petrusky from CrossFit Love here. We did a regional mock-up this past weekend. Pretty decent overall, I was wondering your thoughts on doing it again this upcoming weekend?

Thanks for the input.
Surely if you need additional input please let me know.
We took every TEAM split, every element split.

Thanks again

A. 175×2/ 185×1…. Then I seriously tweaked my low back on the second attempt at 185, can hardly walk so I’m going to the chiro tonight and will probably spend the weekend recovering, and hopefully be good to go Monday!

Please keep us posted Ryan! Glad you are getting in to see a chiro. If you have a good acupuncturist then I would also recommend going and seeing him/her. Prioritize your back and getting it healthy!

Good training today Jared – you learned where you need to push in Event 3. Trust in your abilities and, like Josh Bridges says, ‘it doesn’t hurt that bad to go just a little bit faster.’

A) 105-125
B)bunch of drills
C)16:12 – much slower than last time, but struggled a lot with the new ring height… guess I’m going to need to add vertical leap to the skills I need to work on before regionals!
