* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

I did a couple of things from yesterday’s program today (since I had comp yesterday).
Benchpress 5×3 @ 70% – 97# (45 secs rest between efforts)
Floor Press 2×8 @ 75#
400m Farmers Carry w/ two 16kg KBs – 3:13Rx. I had a young guy do it with me and while my original plan was to put the KBs down at 200m, when he didn’t put them down, I figured I didn’t need to either….so did the whole thing UB – holy forearms!
