A day behind as usual. MAW done Max TTB: 25 (precious best was 21) EMOM: 5 x 5, felt easy Gut check: scaled to 8 RMU, as in September. Completed first 8 in about 5 min, Thrusters 15/8/7, the min RMU felt heavy and I started to fail. Only completed 6 with one the time cap.
