40kg warm up

B) E2mom split jerk X1
80 – 115kg (failed at 115kg, max last week was 122.5kg shoulders feeling weak)

C) deadlift
Reps 8,6,4,2,2
80,100,120,140,160,165kg

D) 3 rounds
6 x weighted fixed dips (30kg)
6 x supinated chin ups

E) 3 rounds @ 10kg DBs
20 x skull crush
20 x tate press
20 x floor press

No net on as needed a lighter volume day
